Terms and Conditions

Passengers must not bring any alcoholic beverages or illegal substances onto our vehicles or on any of our tours. Alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited on our tours. Anyone found to be inebriated upon arrival for their tour will have their tickets cancelled and refunds will NOT be issued. We reserve the right to check bags and cooler boxes for alcoholic drinks.

We are super flexible with our cancellation policy for all our tours. If you have pre-booked and paid for this activity, we are more than happy to refund your money if you cannot make it for any reason, even within 24 hours of your booking time. We totally understand that things happen that are beyond anyone’s control (sickness, traffic, missed flights/trains/buses and awful weather.. just to name a few!) We want to make the booking process as stress free as possible for you! If you wish to change the date/time of your booking, that is also free of charge. Just email or text us and we can arrange a refund or reschedule.

48 hours notice must be given for any cancellation, a 100% cancellation fee will apply to cancellations within 24 hours of departure time. Credits may also be issued for Tin City Tours.

• Sand Dune Safaris Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger without stating any specific reason.
• Please note smoking is not permitted on any of our tours, as we operate in a National park.
• Sand Dune safaris Pty Ltd reserve the right to cancel or abandon a tour either prior to or during the tour, if the Company considers that the cancellation is necessary for reasons of weather or in the interest of the safety and well-being of customers and staff. The Company will not be held liable for any loss or expense incurred by the customers caused by such substitution or cancellation.
• Our tours are also sold by third party agents. Sand Dune Safaris shall not be liable under any circumstances for any failure by those service providers to fulfill such travel arrangements nor for any error, alteration or change of any kind made by those service providers following the acceptance of the booking by them. All coupons, vouchers, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by those service providers.
• Sand Dune Safaris for itself, employees or agents do not accept any responsibility for any act, omission, default or neglect of themselves, their employees or agents for injury, damage, or loss to persons or goods whatsoever or however the same may be caused and they do not warrant and are in no way responsible for the accuracy of any information given in statement made by their service providers in terms of travel arrangements.
• Sand Dune Safaris, its products and staff will not be liable for any accident, injury, delay, property damage or personal loss to you or those travelling with you in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other travel services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of terrorism, act of God, defects in vehicles, war, strikes, theft, delay, cancellation, civil disorder, disaster, Government regulations or changes in itinerary or schedule.
• Please note that all travel documents, observance of laws and regulations of various Governments are your responsibility.
• These terms are an integral part of the contract between passengers and Sand Dune Safaris Pty Ltd. When your booking/ticket is confirmed, it will be deemed at all times that you have read, understood and accepted the conditions hereof, and agreed to the terms herein contained.
